Gary Kraemer Joins Fidelis Security Systems as Chief Financial Officer

Next-Generation Data Leakage Prevention Leader Secures Seasoned International Finance and Operations Executive

WALTHAM, MA & BETHESDA, MD - September 10, 2008 - Fidelis Security Systems, the leader in next-generation data leakage prevention (DLP) solutions, today announced the appointment of Gary Kraemer as Chief Financial Officer.  With a strong background in corporate development and directing financial and operational functions in public and private corporations, Mr. Kraemer will spearhead the development of the Company's financial and operational infrastructure and provide integral business support to the Company's accelerating sales, service, and business development activities.

Mr. Kraemer was most recently a senior executive with Moldflow Corporation, where he had the responsibility for business development activities including managing the $300 million sale of the company to Autodesk, a NASDAQ-listed computer aided engineering software provider.  Prior, he was CFO at sentitO Networks, a venture-backed telecom equipment provider, where he directed the sale of the company to Verso Technologies.  Mr. Kraemer has also held CFO positions with Tira Wireless, Sandburst, and Bowstreet. While with these companies, he led efforts to raise more than $200 million in venture capital and debt funding while playing key roles in guiding the companies through dynamic, high-growth, as well as difficult market environments. Mr. Kraemer has also held various senior financial positions at Bay Networks/Wellfleet Communications until its acquisition by Nortel Networks and at Data General.
