Brenna Lenchak has more than 14 years of experience as a trusted legal advisor for technology companies. Ms. Lenchak has been recognized for her ability to develop creative solutions for complex and high risk business issues and initiatives. She began her career advocating on behalf of Brazilian orange juice and Ukrainian steel companies before the US Department of Commerce, USITC, and the Court of International Trade. Ms. Lenchak successfully handled a complex international trade case docket while advising on international transactional issues. Following this experience, Ms. Lenchak joined Inmarsat, Inc., a global satellite company, as legal counsel where she provided advice primarily for the global maritime sales organization. For five years thereafter, Ms. Lenchak served as the US, LATAM, and then global strategic Associate General Counsel for Westcon Group, Inc., a $6 billion dollar distributor of technology products and services. During this time, she also served as export compliance manager for logistics & shipping teams operating in 50+ countries across four continents. Ms. Lenchak also served as the data privacy liaison to IT & security team covering GDPR. She has significant experience in the areas of security, networking, cloud and professional services, as well as handling negotiations related to SaaS, TaaS, managed services, product resale, and distribution of subscription-based bundled offerings. As the General Counsel at Fidelis, she provides practical and focused advice for the company and manages all aspects of regulatory compliance.
