Gabriel Martinez joins Fidelis as the Chief Customer Officer, Customer Success. Prior to joining Fidelis Cybersecurity, Martinez served as Chief Customer Officer at Anomali, then ThreatStream. His past experiences also include the role of Vice President of Client Services at Invincea, and Vice President of Customer Success Organization at NetWitness, which was acquired by RSA in 2011. There he built a global services organization from the ground up that delivered a world class customer experience, while facilitating rapid product growth and development in addition to supporting sales efforts. At ArcSight (now part of HP), Gabe was a founding member of the company’s renowned Professional Services and Customer Success organizations. In a career of many firsts, prior to ArcSight, Gabe also helped to architect the Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) program at Riptech, which was later acquired by Symantec.
